Etsuko, a wife who happened to meet her husband's best friend. His best friend, Moriyama, was fired from his original job and now sells futons door-to-door. Thinking of Moriyama, Etsuko called her home to buy a futon. I feel sympathy for Moriyama, who has completely changed after his wife and children left him.
