Miwako is a married couple who runs an inn and is the proprietress. The husband seeks further stimulation from the night life with Miwako and thinks about shameful customer service in the inn. Miwako's shame and M heart are stimulated by binding her body and making her work, or blaming toys at the entrance. The behavior gradually escalates, and the guests who are having fun at the banquet hall are tied up in front of them, and they expose their embarrassing appearance.
